Oceania is the second smallest continent after Antarctica and consists of Australasia, Melanesia, Micronesia, and Polynesia. It is made up of 14 island countries that have a similarity in culture and lifestyle such as Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, Fiji, Australia, Kiribati, Solomons, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Micronesia and others.
Oceania is known for its tropical climate features and coral formations that also has the presence of a variety of Whales, tortoise and fish species that inhabit this realm. It is home to some of the most gorgeous sceneries and diverse landscapes from rugged coastlines, to dense areas of lush forest and volcanoes.
Most Island countries in Oceania are dependent on land and sea for their survival, hence seafood is one of the major dishes in many of these island nations.
